We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Bondi Sands purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened tanning and skincare items cannot be returned.

Ensure your items are unopened, unused, and within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.
Ship and Track
Send your return back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
